ProStart Week raises funds to support the future of the hospitality industry. ProStart is a high school culinary program that reaches over 3,000 students in 24 high schools in Connecticut.
Your participation and donation will support culinary education in Connecticut.
How Your Restaurant Can Participate:
- Restaurants promote ProStart Week to their customers by asking them to donate $10.
- Customers receive a $10 gift card or coupon to the restaurant to use on a return visit.*
- Restaurant donates proceeds from the week to the Connecticut Hospitality Educational Foundation, the 501c3 charitable arm of the Connecticut Restaurant Association.
*Restaurant discretion to offer gift card/coupon for the $10 value. Restaurants may set limits on the number of donations accepted and matched. Restaurants may set restrictions on gift card/coupon use.
