Frederick A. DeLuca Scholarship Winner from Enfield High School

Foundation Director Jennifer Conkling-Schmitz was proud to present Enfield High School senior Eric Sirard with the Frederick A. DeLuca Scholarship on behalf of the Connecticut Hospitality Educational Foundation. Eric has been an active participant in the ProStart Program and the Connecticut ProStart Invitational. He plans to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University in Providence. Best of luck Eric!
