A Message from President & CEO | Happy Holidays from the CRA & CHEF

Dear Connecticut Hospitality Community,

As we approach the end of another year, we want to take this opportunity to extend our warmest thanks to you for being a vital part of the Connecticut Restaurant Association. Your commitment to our industry and your ongoing support has helped us make tremendous strides in advocating for the hospitality community.

The resilience and innovation demonstrated by our members throughout the year have been truly inspiring. (Not yet a member? Join Here!) This was especially evident a few weeks ago at our 2024 CRAZIES, where a record 1,500 industry professionals gathered to celebrate the incredible work being done across our sector. As we look to the future, we are reminded of the collective strength we share as an industry. Together, we are not only navigating current challenges but also creating new opportunities for growth, sustainability, and success.

This holiday season, we ask you to reflect on how far we’ve come and also ask that you consider supporting the next chapter of our journey by making a contribution to our foundation, the Connecticut Hospitality Educational Foundation (CHEF). Your donation will help fund critical programs, educational initiatives, and scholarships that directly support the future of our industry, ensuring that we continue to thrive for years to come. Every gift, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference in shaping the future of the restaurant community.

On behalf of the Board of Directors and our entire team, I want to thank you for your ongoing partnership. We are truly grateful for your support and for everything you do to make the restaurant industry stronger.

As you celebrate the holiday season, we wish you and your family joy, peace, and prosperity. May the new year bring you continued success and fulfillment.

We look forward to working with you in the year ahead, and once again we hope you’ll consider supporting our Foundation to help us build a brighter future for our industry.

Warmest regards,

Scott Dolch
